WSG’s design for the Genpact SAP ’07 exhibit featured an overhead truss system with spotlights aimed at the rotating sign above, as well as the meeting tables and a booth below.
The exhibit hall for SAP Saphirre 2007 was set up as a “dark show” which meant strategic lighting design would be incorporated into the overall brand experience. Themed copy was projected onto the walls in addition to the printed messaging on fabric. On the aisle, we created a curved semi-enclosed theater where visitors could rest and sit comfortably while watching the video “Business Partner to the World.” We produced the video to inform, promote and generate buzz about Genpact as a major player in Business Process Outsourcing.
In addition to the exhibit, our strategic and tactical services included writing and design for all collateral material, kiosk presentations, video production and an off-site customer dinner. Elsewhere in the building, Genpact utilized a conference area with branded design and color scheme furnishings, refreshments and meeting room for in-depth sales opportunities. Our comprehensive project management and supervisory skills were critical to the success of this large-scale endeavor.
