Steinway & Sons enjoys one of the world’s highest levels of brand equity. As the company grew to become Steinway Musical Instruments Inc., (SMII) it began to offer additional premium brands including C.G. Conn horns, Bach trumpets, Selmer woodwinds, and Ludwig drums to musicians around the world. SMII selected Wyant Simboli to help create a corporate/investor brand integrating its musical instrument brands within the tradition of Steinway & Sons history of quality.
We created an annual report based on the concept of music as a universal language. Our design combined musical notation and a wide variety of alphabets along with Steinway artists and instruments to tell the story of a contemporary company able to reach a global audience of musicians with premium brands for every seat in the orchestra.
